Thanks very much for a very comfortable stay during Christmas holidays. The location is GREAT, bars and restaurants were close to the hotel. It's set in a downtown area. There is a great restaurant at 1st floor.

This hotel was spacious, well-equipped, and had a great view, plus it was conveniently located near a large supermarket and Spark Arena.

The apartment was huge. It had everything we needed from washer to dryer, dishwasher, including washing powder, fresh coffee every day, etc. Location is good if you have a car to get around. There are many restaurants close by (5min by car) or if you drive a bit further many playgrounds.

No gym or swimming pool - one of the pictures of the hotel is a bit misleading as it shows a pool in the foreground. A bit disappointed in the location as it says there is a park nearby. The park is there but it is closed for construction. It seems new offices will be built there. If you have small children you need a car to get anywhere or you'll have to walk 15-20 min.

The service was excellent, the food was good. Besides, the parking was on-site.

The location here is fantastic—you're right next to Parnell and the main CBD, with plenty of shops, cafes, and galleries nearby. Definitely take the time to explore the Central Business District; it’s well worth it! 🌟.

The staff here are really helpful and know what they’re doing, providing great service. the location is convenient and comfy, plus there’s a nearby café that serves amazing eggs Benedict! 🍽️.

I enjoyed the set up of room . it was beautiful and loved every moment the staff at the reception we saw on our way out was very helpful and loved staying at the hotel

The room was tidy, well organised and air conditioned. Love the big kitchen. Coould have done with sky or cable in the penthouse suite given the cost of the room but I enjoyed my stay nevertheless.

I was bit put off by staff member kept mentioning that I can't have a party during my stay.

Very thin duvet and only one blanket so it was a bit chilly overnight without the noisy air-con unit on. The bathroom was very cold! The sound insulation between rooms isn'y good but probably that's a problem with hotels etc. Overall the pros outweigh the cons.
